Meghan Murphy Van Camp, RDN, LD, CDE
Meghan is a registered/licensed dietitian with over 18 years of experience at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, dialysis centers, chronic kidney disease clinics, private practice, Wellness and Athletics, corporate wellness programs, numerous public speaking engagements, menu design and analysis.
Meghan’s passion is food!! She loves to study food, cook food, taste different foods, travel for special food experiences, and indulge from time to time. She lives by the motto Eat to Live and Love to Eat.
Meghan enjoys keeping active with her husband and two young kids whether it be kayaking, boating, walking, Barre, yoga, hosting dinner parties, or watching sports. She coaches YMCA basketball and Volleyball for girls under 10 yrs old. Meghan’s family moved to Oklahoma from Florida in December of 2013 and has loved every moment.

Ashley Giddens, MS, RD, LD
Ashley is a registered dietitian with over nine years of experience in providing nutrition therapy to a wide range of individuals from complex critical care and chronic illness in the hospital settings to the community through a corporate wellness program and has served as a guest speaker for various topics relating to nutrition. She works with clients regarding weight management, diabetes, liver and cardiac disease as well as those requiring tube feeding or transitioning off of tube feeding.
Ashley believes that when it comes to leading a healthy lifestyle, food must be appealing to all of the senses and there should be enjoyment within the challenge of exercise. Catch her occasionally on Fox 25’s Tasty Tuesday segments.

Megan is a registered/licensed dietitian with over 15 years of experience working with diabetes, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, food allergy and intolerance, family wellness, and bariatric surgery. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of Central Oklahoma and a practicum supervisor for dietetic students at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
Megan has personal experience with living gluten free as her husband and oldest child have celiac disease along with other food intolerances. Her family’s health journey has fueled her passion for studying the power of food regarding gut health, chronic disease and food intolerances.
Outside of work Megan enjoys spending time with her family, trail running, practicing yoga, walking her dog and cooking. She plans to be an advocate of nutrition and wellness for her patients, students and the greater community for decades to come.

Lindsay Scott, MS, RD, LD
Lindsay is a registered dietitian with over 5 years experience providing nutrition therapy to clients through individual and group education. Her passion is working with clients living with diabetes, but also heart health, weight management, family nutrition, and bariatric surgery. Her goal to help clients gather the tools they need to make the best decisions regarding their self-care. Her approach is grounded in finding balance to heal through intuitive eating, mindful actions, and functional exercise. Lindsay works with clients to create a plan just for them to begin feeling better NOW.
Lindsay is a wife and working mother of two young children, with first-hand knowledge of just how easy it is to put yourself last on the list. Lindsay enjoys being active through yoga and running, and playing outside. She loves trying new things especially if they are outside of her comfort zone, and putting an avocado on it. According to her 5-year-old-son, Lindsay also enjoys “nobody looking at screens”.

Karla is a bilingual registered dietitian with clinical experience and a passion for helping people be the healthiest version of themselves. Her philosophy is simple, she doesn’t believe in diets; She believes that all foods are allowed in moderation. Karla is a native from Mexico and has lived in the United States for almost 10 years where she has completed her education. She believes there is a great need for nutrition education and counseling in the community for disease prevention and management. She likes to work with clients with diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease and weight management.
Karla loves to travel, she often goes back to Mexico to visit her family, she also enjoys trying new restaurants around the area, she likes playing volleyball and doing other outdoor activities like swimming and hiking.

Heather Bell MS, RD/LD
Heather is a registered/licensed dietitian with over 13 years of experience working with diabetes, weight management, renal disease, food allergy and intolerance and family wellness. She also currently works in dialysis clinic, in-patient specialty hospital and long term-care.
Heather has personal experience with living a gluten free lifestyle for over 20 years related to personal food intolerances. Heather is passionate about helping each person find their personal path to a healthier more abundant life, which includes addressing a patients sleep, stress and physical activity.
Outside of work Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, walking her dog and planning the next family vacation. She has a goal to empower one person at a time with the nutrition knowledge to take back their health.
